If you wish to confirm your booking immediately, please call us on +64 3 982 7777 or within NZ on freephone 0800 524 546 (0800 Jailhouse), please have your credit card details ready.

We will respond to your online inquiry as soon as possible, however bookings are not confirmed until credit card details are received.

Card details are used only for 'no shows', or cancellations within 48 hours of the booking (refer to us for group booking terms).
